    I saw your post in IS and it's depressing that you feel that way... still good luck with your future endeavors. I really appreciated your contributions to Smogon and it's a damn shame to see you go.

    Alch, please, one day when you've just finished a chapter of your new bestseller or sit down to take a break from practicing your instrument, visit Smogon. Look at Pokemon Amethyst, see how far we will have taken it. It won't be the same without you, though. D:

    Fuckin' hell Alch, your topic change on #battlecapacity sounded more like a suicide note than it did a "hey guys I'm leaving." I got so scared!

    Thanks for good memories on #BIRD and the like, though. Drop by every once in a while at least, I'll miss you and your frequent avatar changes. I really hope life works out very well for you!

    Leaving?? That sucks. I really enjoyed your art articles over at The Smog. You were such a main integral in bringing art to life there. Seriously, I don't think much of the other articles could compare well to your dedication of teaching people art.

    i think smogon's recognition problem has always been its biggest fault. the way people think people should be rewarded is with responsibility and authority. this means some that deserve it will get shut out and some that do deserve it that aren't responsible will ruin the site forever. i wish there were an easier way to tell people "great job!"

    the only reason i stuck around Smogon for awhile was because i wanted to get my name in the credits - i wanted to be recorded as someone with an impact on competitive battling... maybe something like that

    Well Alch, I can't say I really knew you as spriter and all the related projects, but all I can say is that out of all the members I have seen leave since getting badged, you have got to be the one I will miss the most (probably even more than jumpluff)-- I don't think I've been this socially depressed ever about something on smogon. I'm not trying to guilt trip you though, and I wish you the best at your IRL endeavors. The times we've spent (all too brief) in MAC, and The Smog have been awesome, and I'm really going to miss you. JAP will miss you (even if we only got one issue out so far). ;^;
