    When the EVs are above 100, the berries reduce them to 100. Starting at 100 EVs, the berries reduce them by 10 EVs each use.

    Last weekend I was SRing for Mewtwo and I just got fed up with it and learned how to RNG abuse it. I got a flawless Timid Mewtwo within the hour. Which part of RNG do you need help with?

    Have you read Riski's RNG guides? They should help you get a pretty good Latios in around an hour or so.

    Hmm... Do you have a couple of rare candies? You could catch a Pokemon and then give it rare candies. Then you'd have your lvl 50 Pokemon. If you don't have any I could give you some.

    There are some in Mt. Silver. You could also calibrate with the three birds if you haven't caught them yet; they are lvl 50.
