    Wouldn't work. I need something that doesn't need time to set up, doesn't require a Choice Scarf, and can do all of the following...

    Outspeed, and OHKO Excadrill (outspeed in a sandstorm), Starmie, Skarmory, and Jellicent without needing to set up.

    Can revenge kill Tyranitar.

    Can revenge kill Gyrados.
