It shouldn't have. There are only a few things that advance that RNG.
Yeah.. time finder -> shiny egg. Make sure you check hgss shiny egg. But in the wrong numbers to get a nonshiny.
Your SID is wrong. It's stored in a 4 digit long hexadecimal. The largest number is the one that it changes to. I can't find the seed you used anywhere.. I'd try looking for a different seed.

Yep today, 64789,SID being 69690. Although another problem would be that when I put in my SID it changes to a different one...
I choose frame 1 all the time. I believe you hit your seed. Now I'm wondering if there was something wrong with the seed you came up with. What is your ID? And what date? Today?
6B050245, and it is today. I used SID 00000 instead of my real one 69690
