Getting the HP Fighting 70 is only a matter of searching for the right spread. We just have to hope for finding the right seed. However, more specifics mean less seeds which means more searching.

I have a seed I've been using a lot. I'll try and find my starting PID frame for that one (you always start on frame 1 with the IVRNG frame but the starting PID frame is different, but luckily consistent, for every seed on it varies by 40-50) so tha I can get a little experience with it.

So what I need you to have are the following:
- A original or DS Lite (check)
- Your SID (hoping to find that when you have an internet connection)
- A Windows computer so you can download RNG Reporter
- RNG reporter :P
- A chatot with Chatter if you want shiny Pokémons (but seriously.. if you have that.. I'll probably steal it from you and we'll be in the newspapers XD)

Umm... I haven't RNG'ed in any of the previous generations so I wouldn't know xD

I think we should start with a non-shiny capture of the wanted Frillish first and then do the shiny capture. Shiny shouldn't be too hard when you have a Chatot (something I lack... damnit!). It requires you to also manipulate the PID frame.

There are two different frames. The IVRNG frame and the PID RNG frame. The first one is for controlling the IV spread and the second one is for controlling the nature, gender, ability and shinienes or however you spell that.

If you have a Chatot we can definitely try for that shiny frillish ^^

RNG Breeding takes more time but it's also not hard. We can actually also go for shiny with that and you should just choose the nature you want since that's definitely not hard to get if you just give one of the parents an Everstone :)

Well then it ain't a problem anymore! You can find your SID (which you BTW only need for shinies) with your 3DS and RNG with your regular DS (which is actually the best one since you can use the standard seed method which is the easiest one).

RNGing looks hard at first but it's actually quite easy and if you're having trouble with it/ you want me to I can teach you how to RNG. You'll probably have your very first RNG'ed poke in 20-30 minutes ^^ You do need to have a normal Windows computer though, I only know how to work with RNG Reporter, not PPRNG.

I used to do the whole Power Item breeding though but now that I've found out how to RNG I am in love with it! Usually it took me 3 days to get a decent Pokémon. Now it only takes me a few minutes up to an hour :P
