    Mostly everything is through emulators except breeds, and anything under Forte in 4th gen.

    Yeah basically just calibrate as best you can, then it's just trial and error. Most of the time it took me maybe 3-5 tries, but some things were annoying and occasionally it took many many tries lol

    The difference in frames is all based on Time in Emerald. Each frame is ~1/60th of a second. 8:21.25 is the exact time at which that frame occurs. The next frame would be at like 8:23.27 and then 8:23.28...something like that.

    That one is about 8 minutes (not hours), but if you're going for a particular frame you have to be specific about it. That's where the stopwatch / timer comes in.
    I don't own a game I just use simulators so no credits are necessary ;) (except mentioning somewhere in your thread that I made the banners.)

    600x200 is a good size to work from. Anything else you wanna know?

    I usually do it with an online stopwatch, but you can also use Pikatimer in 'Emerald' mode. That's really all you need once you decide on a Frame to shoot for.

    Yeah you can vary the pickup time if you want...or you can just pick a frame and go for that. You should at least leaf through the Emerald RNG guide, it's just a hand eye coordination exercise for the most part!

    I do the Emerald catches on a GBA SP.

    Well yeah I mean you will get different spreads since each frame is only 1/60th of a second, but they will all be in one little cluster and there is a good chance you'll never get anything good if you do it the same way every time!

    Oh...I see. Well the Adamant one I used is pretty good. If you want to look up spreads you can use RNG reporter. Just generate Method 1 (Leave seed blank).

    If you constantly reset / pick up beldum at the same time you are just gonna get the same stuff over and over again due to the fact that Emerald only has 1 seed.

    but you need to play in rooms and desmune because you need hit 7000+ target frames and chain until you get the shiny patch.
