Well..im new on smogon and i dont have any references.
But, im not interested in stealing pokemon and getting blacklisted so im sure we can work something out. Maybe you can hold onto one of my pokemon and i can EV train and then, we can trade back.

Yep. I can EV and clone. I'm pretty fast at EV training too. I can do 4~6 Pokemon in one day.
