k, thanks. I know we've traded before, but as you probably know you're ~6 hours ahead of me and I don't get home until 5-ish on weekdays so it'll be kind of hard to find a time we're both on at. You're ok with the Smeargle being in Gen 4, right?

On a side note, I'm pretty much just making FR/LG save states for different ID/SID combos until I get a flawless or near-flawless useful shiny spread, lol. (I believe the best I've gotten so far out of ~75 files was an adamant & impish 31/31/30/x/31/31, or something like that)

You don't know any way to RNG for a specific ID/SID combo in FR/LG, right?

Quick question about FR/LG RNG for wild Pokemon (on an emulator of course), please let me know if I understand it correctly:

It's essentially the same as Emerald, but instead of starting on frame 0 you start on a random one. (for example you could start on 100, or you could start on an incredibly high frame like 8934501943276)

k. Also, I have it EVed with 252 HP/252 Spe/6 Def with Spore/Sub/Belly Drum/Baton Pass @ Salac Berry if you want that instead.

I regret to inform you that one cannot RNG for the IVs of the roamer from the Elite Four. If you can use AR codes there might be one that lets you re-release it from the house. I don't know if one exists but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

That's what the parameters came up with. But before I redo them like others here have suggested I would like to make sure that I'm taking the right steps before picking up the egg.
