Are all areas of legendary pokes (except the runners, and including Stark Mountain where Heatran is [after the Charon vs Looker event]) have NO wandering NPCs?
I thought defeating Giratina in Distortion World will make its IVs FIXED if it appears again in Turnback Cave...

So, is RNG abusing getting a bit easier the longer you do it?
