Hey EE, I have a question about a giveaway.

I am planning on doing a giveaway in the near future, and I was wondering if I am allowed to ask a question like "who is my favorite out of a certain band" When I have the answer easily accessible here on Smogon. As it's not said, but shown in my thread, and said and shown in a Group thing I started.

I understand that:
1) that Christos kid apparently got that Elekid from a site where redistribution is handled much more loosely, so he may have actually not understood that it wasn't fully redistributable and
2) he's new to smogon

so I kind of doubt he was doing anything purposefully nefarious. But he did trade it without rights. At the very least I would suggest that he needs a stern warning (not an infraction) to let him, and hopefully others, know that he must verify the redistribution of any mons he trades here.

I didn't want to post in the Blacklist thread because I'm not a mod, and I don't want to give him or anyone else the wrong impression. Just my opinion (coming from a guy with only Fully Redis mons hahaha).

Christos21 has to be removed from the black list he didn't do anything...When I gave him cresselia I didn't say to him that it was semi-redis because I didn't know what it was that...But when someone told that (what semi-redis means) to me I removed it from my thread and I told to christos21 to remove it too and he did...As for the elekid I didn't got it from diabolico but from this trade thread http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=230372 and if you can see that he gave it to me you can go on page 15...That elekid didn't has any redis-rights so I was free to trade it wherever I wanted so I gave it to christos21...So please remove him from the black list...
