I have seen on your wanted thread that you are looking for a flawless modest Kyogre. I do not own one, but I do have a Modest Kyogre with decent IVs. Sigh... I was afraid things were gonna be like this. Because my cousin lied to me. I asked him to RNG some of the pokemon for me and when we did, he said he RNGed them legally, but he lied to me. He actually used an iv modifier on the ar to get legal hacks. And he didn't tell me.
