Take them offline to check them. But I'm sure there's at least one other person who can do them while online if you don't like the idea.

Hey Ironman, how's it coming? Have you made yourself a new trade thread yet? I'm sitll interested in some of your guys if they have good IVs!
Quick suggestion: On Smogon we tend to trade for high-IV guys. If you go to the BF and ask the judge to rate your guys, and they're not "outstanding", then their IVs suck and aren't worth getting checked.

When you go to the Private Messages page. There is a small drop down bar next to the "Go" button. Hit that and switch to Sent Messages. Check off the messages you want to delete on the Check Box to the right. Go to the bottom of the page and there is another drop down bar which ask you what you wanna do. Hit that and scroll down to delete. Then press "go" or w/e button that is next to it lol
