The Transfer in Route 15 is the default shift facility. But the Relocator in Castelia allows to transfer some event Pokémon: Celebi, to get a Zorua in Castelia, and the Shiny Crown Beasts to battle Zoroark in Lostlorn Forest.
But I can shift only tomorrow. Are you available around 12pm in GMT-2?

Yep, but one thing; beware Of Double ghost(scarf jellicent+sash chandelure). Once you get hit by water spout you'll be seeing a heat wave coming right at you, enough to dent your Whole team. Though You can get around it with your cincinno, and amoonguss combo.
That seems like a pretty Solid team now. Your team got pretty much all you need. A trickroom counter in the form of amoonguss, fake outer, 2 powerful physical attackers, A nice Support(I really like your cincinno idea), amd to top it off A powerful sp.atker. Also does your thunderus carry thunder wave, taunt or substitute. So wait are the ev's standard too, or your using bulky sets. Like with my team no one has max speed, or attack/sp.atk. Everything is all defensive spreads.
