Thanks but ill be getting a jigglypuff from xElite as well. I was just making sure if a classic ribbon is normal for jigglypuff to have so I asked you. Actually, the jigglypuff did have a classic ribbon which let me know this was hacked. Due to the fact that i didnt see the classic ribbon on jigglypuff, i was tricked. I feel stupid for falling into a trick like that. I traded it with someone on serebii because ive never seen one on here at smogon. Lost a shiny flawless gyrados for it :(. I should never trade on serebii again. Ill report the person to a mod on there.
The person I'm capturing/breeding for first has a DW Helping Hand Puff on his team, so I should be able to trade tomorrow or the next day.
I can trade it from my flashcart, which is basically like trading it from a retail cart.
