Thanks. The atk IVs. aren't set in stone. Just whatever the lowest ones are you can find for HP Grass and Fire 70.
Also, breeding chain = Weezing (Clear Smog)-----> Gastrodon (Muddy Warter + Clear Smog)-----> Kingdra-----> Egg (Horsea).

If you send them to me separately, do the HP Grass non-shiny one first, please.
