Ya I heard that too thats why Im asking. Ok, so I get 5464(I am going for 5465) so I lower my year by one, and I get 5464. So I try that about 10 times...and I get the same result. I then try doing the opposite, I slow down my Emulator so I get 5466, and then I raise the year by one....and I get 5466. >.> WHY ME??!! xD
