once you've advanced to the right IRNG frame with happiness taps / coin flips, deposit your parents in the daycare and run around until the old man has an egg. Save in front of him, then take the egg and hatch it to confirm that it's shiny. All this is in the RNG Abuse guides, btw :)
Basically, you go to the Time Finder in RNG Reporter, go to the Egg IVs tab, chooose your desired year/month/second, delay range and frame, then input your parents' IVs and the IVs you want for the egg. Then click Generate, and choose one of the spreads :)
