Not sure what you mean by "advance them" Each frame has a specific encounter slots. If the spread you are on has an undesirable encounter slot, then find another one, haha. Usually within one seed there are multiple spreads of the same thing, so yeah, you could probably find your desired one.
I don't think I'll have fun learning how to rng..... I mean it's really difficult and when I learnt how I never hit my delay -.-. -
