Well, Marriland doesn't have EVERY pokemon, but they do have one Bagon picture.
To get to the Avatars, there should be a sidebar on the site, go to the bottom of the page, and you should see something marked Miscellaneous, under that, there's avatars and the rest is self explanatory.
I'm going to do a medium sized location first (Sevii Islands). This means I can have up to 30 people in the first run to keep things interesting... provided I get four other heads.
