Yeah, well, if you've got the walker locked into [surf/fly] / volt tackle you have roughly 10% chance to find either of them. Surf pika appears 3% of the time, fly pika 2%. So yeah, you need to like shake the pokewalker 40000+ steps per day if you're actually serious about it(which equates to about 2000 watts!) so....yeah. 3 or 2 % chance to get a surf/fly pika respectively isn't a lot. And LC EVing is a VERY long process, which is why I'm basically the only one on smogon who does it :/

And as for your question, you use 5 EXP shares + power items + pokerus + vitamins + battle only magikarps, end effect: 1 EXP point per battle :/ It takes roughly twice as long to EV a LC mon as it does a standard mon, but only because you have to switch the multpile other mons in every battle.

I'm trying to RNG a ID/SID combo on one of my spare diamond carts, and it's being annoying :( Also 600 watts isn't all that much :/ you should keep going imo, but w/e I'm currently at like 2500 watts on my pokewalker right now, so I'm gonna go for fly pika in a little bit. that's gonna be after I land the on the correct ID I want however >_>

I can't rng too. I do know some rng in platinum (I got a shiny magikarp bold nature lol fail) I hate it when they say to tap on the poketch 4512 times lol I completely don't know how to rng on HGSS I wish I did though.. none of the pokemon that are in my thread r rng abused
