  • I'm just collecting pokemon and counter is still emerald exclusive and it might be competitive useful (doubt it myself but you never know). Still interested in Togepi with or withouts counter. Vm me when you have softboiled on Togepi though and can trade.
    Yeah but cmt for psycho boost Lugia also. Can you also teach counter to Togepi if possible, (know that it costs 48 bp, I'm running out of emerald bp also)

    I'll confirm it by evolving it later, I got to eat right now.
    and that is an XD Banette, it's a little shitty, but it can work.
