So you would take a certain amount of steps/etc to get your IV frame to 50 for instance. How would you advance the PID frame to 5000+ efficiently and without further advancing the IV frame? Also can I find out my MIVRNG (or w/e it's called) number without an AR? Thanks.

so if i need to hit a spread on frame 9,i should advance the frame by 5(9-1-3),right?

It won't get any easier than that. That's the only way to capture a shiny version with flawless IVs. We already did a test inside the champion's room (same as abusing roamers in 4th gen, Lance's room) but you will never get your target IVs. It's impossible because battling advances your frames too. It's inconsistent.
No... I get random advances. It's a pain in the ass I tell you. Took me almost two days to get those.

It's the first four. The last four was what the previous generations used. But the last two digits are the "gender number". Kojofu has a 50% male/female rate, so any gender number that's 7E or lower will give you female.

Expanding upon the last post, if the PID is less than 8 digits, add 0s to the front until it is 8 digits.
Try Victory Road for Kojofu. ESV of 70-79. For gender, look at the PID. If the last two digits are 7E or lower, it'll be female. Ability was cracked yesterday. Look at the first 4 digits of the PID. If the last of the 4 digits is 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, A, C, or E, then it has ability 0. Otherwise it has ability 1. Ability 1 is Regeneration.
