Its all explained in the BALD rules and gives an explination of how the gyms work
No, i use 3 ice types and 3 coverage types, you can come with anything you want but its OU standards

Look I'm not in the best moods and I only ever ladder or battle my friends. you were a new member so I tried to be nice... ...but then it was inconsequential so I got annoyed because I have my page that way for a reason. Best way to find battles would be to join:
