Probably eventually. But I don't think we can yet. There are 2 sets of RNGs working separately of each other. One sets the PID, the other sets the IVs (and possibly other things, I can't remember). The IVRNG has been cracked, but the other hasn't been perfected yet. I have seen some shinies around but I think they must be doing some manual calculations.
I didn't look as deep as a lot of the others did so there are things I don't know. Just have a working knowledge.
