Yeah, "redistributable" means that the person who traded the Pokémon to you is giving you permission to clone it as many times as you want and trade any number of copies to anyone. Good luck with your trade thread!

The eggmove site was always right. It was just that RNG Reporter wasn't correct at the time you tried it.
Yeah, using Emloop and PikaTimer is really not that bad. When I first heard about it, I thought it would be a big hassle and doubted that it was really worth it just to get a Pokémon with a legitimate date, but it was easier than I thought.

I did start out the same way you did but I started getting my numbers mixed up. I think my way was a little easier except it was mostly guess and check.

Ah, okay. So once you release the dogs, you'll either have to catch a Pokémon and find its IVs (which at this point would require a lot of Rare Candies), or you'll have to run into one of them to check if you hit your seed.
Apparently, the only way to switch from odd to even is to scroll down to the bottom options on the "Continue/New Game" screen, then scroll back up.
The pokewalker is not affected by a change in days. And I actually don't use emloop- I use pikatimer. So you'll have to find someone with emloop to answer those questions.
It's much harder to RNG them after the e4. You have no way of verifying the seed you've landed on when you are ready to battle Lance. If you want to RNG them after the E4, you need to KO them before you battle the E4.
You definitely need to calibrate before you attempt to RNG the dogs- see if you can get someone to trade you some more rare candies to get a better reading. I do believe there are wild pokes in the burned tower.
I do believe you are getting too many results because you don't have enough rare candies to get an accurate estimate of Sudowoodo's IVs.
You will RNG the dogs when you encounter them in the burned tower- that's when their IVs are set.
The delay in HGSS actually runs around 490 with 14 seconds as a time. Hopefully you'll get similar results to that. =)
Not that aI know of. It's kind of complicated atm-- there are split spreads like in Emerald for breeding but that doesn't imply a second RNG.

If ID abuse is going to be the first thing you've RNGed, you might want to rethink and start with something easier. I'd try experimenting with the RNG in DPPt before you go with IDs- its a much more difficult process. You would get used to the basics if you started with an easy catch project in DPPt. You must take the initiative to experiment on your own rather than asking questions that you can answer yourself.

Since you're asking way too many redundant questions, let's make this simple. Plan on doing one and not the other unless you use an emulator or rom with ability to save a backup of your game. Trying to get the other will just be too time consuming and chancy and is almost impossible.
