sure has been a long time. I haven't been active in a while. Been caught up playing other games, that's all. I have an awesome NU team that I used a couple months ago though.

I didn't report you, I just want to tell you. I'm not an administrator or anything but I know most of the rules. I've been watching battles since 2008 but recently got into the community. That's how I know these things. :)
Although, http://www.gameboy-advance.net/site/exclusive_rights.htm, this will tell you all legal things about roms.

Nobody is going to give you a Pokemon White Rom here. For a few reasons:
1. Smogon does not do that.
2. It's illegal if you do not own the game, and distribution of a rom is illegal.
3. You find it on google. Simple as that.
