Frames DON'T matter when breeding for Egg IVs on HGSS. There is only ONE NPC on that route, so if you're not slow, or saved on a bad moment, you'll always be able to get the egg before any movement from the NPC.

You're probably doing something wrong, that's why I told you to release the roamers again. You can use THEM to check the seed, instead of calls to Elm. That way, you'll be able to know the seed you got. Then, RNG Reporter will tell you how much frames those roamers advanced for you, and you'll be able to use Elm Calls to control the frames.

You'll always know in which frame you are just before picking the egg, so it'll be really rare to miss the egg IVs you want that way, hence why you don't need to worry about frames.
