I'm kinda curious because when I looked at his thread, he has some pretty good iv'd 5th gen. pokemon but he doesn't have that many pokemon from the 4th gen. on his thread.
Has he really been rng abusing those pokemon legitimently on his thread?

Hey I'm about to Pal Park the little Pokes over. They'll be as Cleffa (Fully Move Tutored with the requested moves) and as Igglybuff. Sorry if I don't have a higher UT version O_o. Let me know if this is a problem. I should be ready to trade pretty soon.
Oh no doubt, but for now just the whole catch a Poke and check it, can be rather inconvenient. But hey who am I to complain? :P
I think 5th Gen RNG'ing is better for ability to get amazing spreads on everything. But a tad bit more difficult in other areas. Lack of known seed verification (other than capturing a random poke and checking it's IV's), for the moment any ways.
Yuppers. So if you find a hexflawless spread on your game. You can use it for breeding, or catching.
Just natures, abilities, and genders are unknown how to control. So basically it's all luck for now.
Nah, we can use the same seeds we use for captures for breeding as well. So I can take my hexflawless spread that I use for a breed than capture something right afterwards.
IV's aren't tied to natures any more, so we can use the IV's for anything :P
