It's in the first post, but it's the very last thing posted. They call it the "Transform/Rage" glitch. It tells you, in detail, how to do it. Just make sure your move combinations are legal, and the Pokemon comes from the correct cart to get the moves if you are using either tutor, or event moves.

I was going to try. :p My Bliss had Toxic, Protect, Seismic Toss, and Wish (legally bred with legit parents on my LeafGreen cart, and used the Mimic glitch to get the moveset).

Oh about my IV's not all of them are maxed. They range from 25-31 for most of them, only attack+speed for some are 31. Some even have 2 as an IV like my Breloom's special attack

I know, you did the right thing running away. I tested this hail team for the longest time and now I perfected it to my liking. It may have 4 Ice types in it, but that doesn't stop me from wrecking people 90% of the time with this team.
By far my favorite team in Gen 4.
