when would you know when to use a save state and when to save an actual battery (.sav) file? Also, is there anyway to make vba run faster? I've pretty much done everything I could.

it's legit ? but i can't up my video and all of my friends pkm is legit because he know nothing about pksav and he breed them himself.Can you check the rest 3 pkm so i can figure out which one is illegal.I didn't use Swarm in that battle :)
