kk me too actually. it's pretty funny, i beat like all JPN players but I lose to all the American/english speaking players

it's not that well made because unlike you i haven't memorized all the moves of every pokemon ever or their types or their strengths/weaknesses or their base stats.

what i'm doing right now is weeding together a bunch of teams from other people and trying to put together my own team based on their trying to fix the holes and stuff.

Yeah, if you read lucariojr's regional story you'll see that I forfeited after Round 1 (If he loads the video he saved of our match, you'll see how poorly I played, too). I just didn't have a good team and wasn't prepared for the competition, which I think was steeper than it was in VGC2011.

I'm glad that my Pokemon were used; if I could be sure that everyone would use my Pokemon for competitive purposes I would absolutely give them away to everyone who wanted them, free of charge. I don't exact payment from you because I see in you someone who has a pure love of the Doubles metagame--as opposed to adopting Doubles just because it's the tournament format--and that appreciation for Doubles at its core is something I want to reward. Think of me giving you Pokemon to battle with as more of a scholarship: I want people with talent and will to succeed to persevere and not be stunted by, say, the inability to RNG.

I didn't do that well. I'm basically done with Pokemon for now since I can't connect to wifi (I hadn't practiced at all in the weeks beforehand) so don't worry about "paying me back" for the Pokemon I gave you on credit. I hope they were used well if you needed them for a VGC regional.
