    Im assuming you have beat the game already, I would just put a Togetic/Togekiss in the daycare with a Ditto and hatch the Togepi and take it to Elm to see if it will work.

    If your available accept a trade I can trade you a Togepi egg and my original Togepi from my HG game if you want :) I still think all you need to do is show him a hatched Togepi, I saw it somewhere in the PRNG thread awhile ago, I can also tutor you to RNG abuse if you plan to learn in HGSS.

    So...it's the Attack EV's that need to be erased. Correct?
    They get removed, the EV's that went into Attack goes into the other stat...but yea, if your Wi-Fi is dead in a few hours...it's fine I guess.

    I've tried for like 50 eggs on my HG and I rarely got anything good. I just need a good teacher who will be attentive to me. I'll check your thread for that Vulpix I have.

    DW vulpix sounds epic, but let me look through your list first. Also, you already can 5th gen RNG? I'm so confused on learning RNG in general. :/
