    This is sort of irrelevant, but could you CMT for all your Gen 5 pokes? I really need to get started with some Gen 5 pokes. Don't post there though respond via VM. I can give you credits too

    Great, you can use the Red Gyarados to figure out your SID!
    Follow these instructions: It is possible to figure out your SID in HGSS very easily. This can be done by catching multiple Gyarados and recording their IVs and nature, resetting after each time. Putting these spreads into RNG Reporter's Chain to SID feature will reveal your game's SID.

    You could kill the roamer and RNG it later if you wanted to.

    Have you caught the Red Gyarados?
    Are there still roamers in your game?
    Well, most of the time I will be able to tutor you for 2.5 hour after you get on.

    Catching pokemon is harder than breeding so we should start there. Also note that if you want to catch pokemon they cannot all have a good IV spread and be shiny. Based on your TID and SID.

    Two things you need to do:

    1. Ask in the SQSR thread for a flawless ditto. It must be flawless in all stats.
    2. If you have caugt(it must have your current ID and OT) a shiny, ignore this step.
    Ask in the SQSR thread for someone to check your SID. All you need to do is trade them any pokemon with your current ID
    Okay, so here is an explanation

    a seed is basically what you are after. The reason you use rng reporter is to find your seed.
    I didn't mention this before but, target time is the time at which you must press continue on the startng screen (the screen where it says new game, mystery gift, wifi settings
    frame is basically like a counter. For some seeds you have to advance the frame x number of time before it will work
    every nature and iv combination has a pid value in hexcadecal. PIDs aren't very imortant to understand right now


    I have to go now, so what you should do is read the onsite rng guide. It is fir DP but it explains these terms. I will be able to answer ?'s in about 7.6 hours. In the meantime I need you to read the guide, and decide on the pokemon you want to rng (including nature, IVs etc.)

    Ohh haha. Yeah it's not too bad. I actually always used Irwin because you meet him before you release Raikou/Entei so you can RNG one at the Burnt Tower rather than trying to do him when you fight the Elite 4.

    Hey, there is a different person you can call to advance your frame by 1. His name is Irwin, a juggler or something. I'll have to check and I'll give you the responses he gives you and what elm responses they correspond to.
    Okay so few questions for you. How would like to learn about RNGing? Through me explaining it with words, pictures, or you actualy doing it? What do you want to RNG?(egg, legend etc.)

    Yep correct, He will either talk about Evolution, PKRS or the Kanto Region (E)(P)(K). Calling him once will advance the RNG by 1 aswell so for lower frames its a good way to advance frames.

    Oh I see, I have no idea what else to tell you :P, Hopefully someone on the PRNG help thread can answer your question, Either that or I can trade you my original Elm Togepi and see if that works.

    I actually don't know how to RNG in the DPPt games (Well I have an idea), Im actually learning how to right now :P. HGSS is the only games I know how to RNG in at this time. Its quite easy.

    Im assuming you have beat the game already, I would just put a Togetic/Togekiss in the daycare with a Ditto and hatch the Togepi and take it to Elm to see if it will work.
