I've been starting the game 1 second before the target time due to the actual seconds being 1 second, then I've just interacted and captured, and have gotten differing results constantly.
Well, I was able to acquire a Genesect with perfect IVs using the parameters I'm using now, so I don't think that callibration is an issue (the timer0 is the same as well).
It wasn't a typo, but I think it was a fluke. I haven't been getting very consistant results for some reason :P

I have a question regarding stationary pokemon when PIDRNGing: How does one acquire specific IVs? I've been able to hit my desired nature, but the IVs are not lining up.
