No I figured it out. Lol.

There were 5 adjacent seeds with the same flip sequence, and they were really sporadic. I only just now figured that out because I remembered when I RNG'd my ID's, my delay was even, and all the adjacent seeds had odd delays. Well, that and the fact that I actually hit my target delay whilst trying to figure out what was going on. xD
It went from like, a time that was 4 seconds too early to my target time and delay, so I figured it was adjacent seeds. xD

Also, that reminds me. Your timer, I tried to use it after failing to hit my delay with Pikatimer, and I noticed it lags when I click the start timer button. It doesn't start immediately. I'm not sure if it's my laptop or what. :x

Pikatimer always lands me 9 seconds early, and my target was 59 originally. :s

i am doing rng on an emulator as i told you before..i have both zomgtimer and pika timer...which one you suggest? But again the problem is as i told you before is that according to the iv check my delay is close to the one i should hit but the rng reporter doesn't show is on the elm responses search

yeah i set the clock 4.48 i wait ant when it hits 49 i reset...it's the windows clock btw

when i missed the elms calls i catched a pokemon and it was both 12 secs and delay i think 499 and 505

so the should i put -+100 delays,leave the box unckecked, and what about the seconds? -+2? Then i am doing the procedure as it should and still get the problem i don't what it is really!

yes i have tried -+50 delay and -+10 seconds...i am kinda slow(mayybe 2-3 secs) accesing the pokegear..you think that the npc moves and affect my elm calls?

i only had checked once i think...any other suggestions what might be causing this? i killed all the roamers(raikou entei latias)

Hi again:) i recalibrated with iv's this time and i have almost the same delays... I tried again setting my time but still the elm calls don't match...i immediately catch a wild pokemon after i check with elm to see the delay i got and it is very close to the one i should hit but the rng reporter doesn't match with the elm calls..what might be the problem?

Kaphotics told me I could use the downloadable thing in the link above. It has stuff like 0x5u3498 98673986 and I have no clue what those things mean. Could you take a look at it it let me know what it wants me to put in? ( I know I need to put the mac address in the spot it specifies but thats it.) >.< Thanks.
