Its for Little Cup. You dont need flawless pokemons to make flawless pokemons. You just have to make sure it has 31's in the right places. Check the RNG finder for a good spread. :)

Though Hariyama hasn't attracted too many trades yet, I've noticed that a rare amount of threads actually have Adamant Hariyama, so you could possibly bring in more trades than me if he's not sitting at the bottom of your thread :3
It wont work. Only 3 moves will be passed as Knock Off isnt an egg move. You will have to breed two gligars for all the moves to be passed. The female and male have to know knock off or it wont get passed.

I bred that Blissey a loooong time ago for myself, but just recently made it available to Smogon. Anything else you want?
Breed a Gligar and Ninjask with baton pass and agility. Then have the male offspring level up to learn Knock off and Nightslash(Gliscor) then have it breed with a female gligar with knock off to get all 4 moves.
