From my experience up until now in FR/LG i have only come upon metho h-1 and h-4 spreads only and the more common are h-1. Are they the regular method 1 spreads?

Basically i was able to hit the spread i wanted but the the results in rng reporter give me that specific spred for only 2 encounter slots. That means that those are the only 2 slots i can get with that spread? And method H-1 equivalents to regular method 1 spreads? So that means i can search any method 1 spread with pokerng and try to hit it?
