I'm not sure if i can get my team ready before the online autumn friendly, but i will be at my autumn regional, and hopefully the spring regional as well.
Yeah, they've released the rules for VGC 2013 here, for fall it's vgc 2012 rules and for winter and spring regionals it'll be black white 2 only. You can probably expect the italy nationals to be black and white 2 only, too bad you don't get 3 regionals before nationals like us.
