Roaming Legends are as easy as normal legends because the ivs are generated when they released, not when you catch them
I was thinking of a Battle Factory Style-ish banners. Random UU/NU Pokes are nice...and BLUE! I don't want the banners to be too big, just medium/smallish...
Pokes I'd like on the banners...Charmander, Vulpix, Slowpoke, Porygon...you can use what feel is appropriate for a "Trade Factory"

Catching depends on the area. If you are catching legendaries then is the easiest thing in the world. If you are catching in Areas with Grass Watch out of NPCs
