And I just used Rare Candy on Skitty and Sentret to make them level 5, I put all the EVs you said before using rare candy them to level up to level 5. And for the other Skitty, I finished putting her EVs at Level 36, so I used 4 Rare Candies to make her level 40, is that okay?

I trained taillow with exp share, and win magikarps with my crobat which was holding power anklet. (both had pokerus)
As a result, taillow did not get 10 effort points per magikarp, but it got only 2!
