Nope, warp codes access places that you enter using a door. Mirage island has no doors though. I saw a code on youtube, but it didn't look safe. And thanks for the Giratina! =)
Store credit is fine. I'm doing an impish Regice for loco. The caught Wynaut project is not a priority because I can't figure out a way to make Mirage Island appear besides just plain luck. I mean, I'll check with the guy at Pacifidlog every day, but the chances are really slim.
