Besides that, you shouldn't abuse your starter as you can abuse a flawless one within 5 minutes, while abusing a flawless Method 1 Pokémon takes more than a week (To get to the desired frame)

You put your Frame in Emloop, you save before the Daycare man, then you Softreset and Start Emloop at the same time. You talk with the daycare man until the sentence ''Take good care of it'' <-, When you ''click'' that message away, the IV's are determined. Now you'll have to wait until Emloop almost reaches 00.00.00, so you can make a save state. Now you pause your game, load the save state (The save state will be paused now too), then you press CTRL + Z + P at the same time as this allows you to unpause your game and click the ''take good care of it'' sentence away without having frame advancements between them. Now you calculate the IV's of the egg you have to find the frame you are at right now. When done correctly you will be 40-100 frames before the frame you want to hit. Now you pause your game again, load the same state again and make the amount of frame advancements needed.

A small example how it works:

Frame 15117 gives you 31/31/31/21/31/31 (With the right parents)

If you want to abuse that frame you have to make a save state right before 15117 (After a little experience you will land 40-100 frames before the frame you're aiming at). Then you can advance your frame using Ctrl + N (This advances your frame by 1, every Ctrl + N)

This is assuming you're gonna do it on a VBA, if not, good luck then =/

But anyway, Latias was on my old team and it was like a bulky dual screener. It was invaluable to my team's success. But now that it's in Ubers, my team fell apart and I can't find a sturdy replacement, -.-

Nah, your team seems really concrete and it has good synergy. Did you see how little damage Waterfall did after two DD's? lol, I had no chance.
If anything, I'd switch that Suicune's set to the Crocune one (because I'm assuming it was Choice Spec'd?), and make Celebi just a complete team supporter. Maybe get T-Wave on the Celebi too.
