Lets do koffing, smeargle and christian's entei for Arceus, emerald Regice, Primeape first. In regards to the emerald bp, it would depend on the pokemon and spread. Note that I can't trade between third generation games as of now. Planning to bread physical attackers but those are more annoying and I have yet to catch a suitable Ditto (that part shouldn't be hard).
I like the Uber tier alot but I have zero experience in the tier, and it's hard to find a Uber WiFi battle here since 99% only plays OU =/ I don't like Shoddy either so yeah, I'd like to do some Uber battles with you :)

Chansey will keep Natural Cure when it becomes a Blissey, I do not have non-shiny versions of the Wailords (Or anything else for that matter), and I can't re-nickname them sorry for that :(
