Most water types come in thinking it's safe, when they get hit by power swap. They get Ninetales' shitty attack stats, and Ninetales gets what will most likely be an upgrade. Then, Ninetales, with its fast speed for UU, cripples the foe with either WoW or Hypnosis. finally, ninetales proceeds to sweep with what will hopefully be good attack stats. it takes a bit of prediction, but suppose you get a power swap on Mismagius, or something stronger like Alakazam or even Moltres. with a 349 SpA stat(Timid Moltres getting power swapped), Ninetales can wreak some havoc, especially because of its general bulk. The EVs aren't perfect, but you get the point.

how gimmicky will that be.

Cinnibar, hmm. not a bad idea. I'm doing just about 4 different vulpix for this giveaway. all shiny/non-shiny. 1 is perfect. the other three have HP ice, water, grass, and electric. Then, i might do a Power Swap Ninetales for the sake of having HGSS egg moves. I have a cool spread for power swap.

Its a stall team. Scarf Tar is really the only logical thing in a stall team but you don't really have room for it. The only thing I can see being chaged is Celebi because Tyranitar can set up SR and SS
