    So, when you say, "make the calls outside Lugia's waterfall/cave" do you mean actually be outside as in the sun hitting the character, or outside as in just outside the entrance to the final room that Lugia is in?

    Also, does walking forward advance the frames? If so, how does it work?

    Well...easier might not be the best description. It still took me a while to hit the right delay, but I was closer to hitting it every time over all.

    Also, something weird happened during this RNG. EVERY single time I tried to hit the delay the responses were ahead by one. It took me about 30 tries before I realized this. I may have actually hit the delay a few times and not known. Basically it was like this:
    Response was suppose to be:EEPPEKKPKE
    What I got when I hit the delay was: EPPEKKPKEE

    Is this normal? To start on the second frame and not the first?

    YAY!!! I finally got a Shiny! It is a Timid Kyogre with IV's: 28/6/23/22/23/31. I am so ridiculously happy!!! ^_^

    Hey dude!! I finally did it. Thank you for your help. I now have a Jolly Groudon with 31/31/31/0/31/31 IVs!!!

    I am curious though, why is it "more difficult" to RNG a Pokemon with a higher delay than 2500?

    I just thought I'd let you know that I DID IT!! I got a shiny Scyther with IVs of 31/31/31/4/10/31. I know it's not hex flawless, but for me that's close enough! It's all thanks to your help on getting me started =) I think my next breed will be much better. Thanks so much!!
    After 4 hours straight of trying to get it, I dont think its worth it anymore. I almost hit the frames 20 times in a row. with just a +2 or -2 from the target. :(
    Hey I got a RNG question for you. In the Shiny Egg finder, if it shows my Frame as 7 this means I have to reject my first 6 Eggs correct? If I accidentally take Egg 6, can I hatch it, save in front of him and take Egg 7? Will it still be shiny?
    *sigh* I'm not good at explaining. There are a lot of ID/SID combinations to get a shiny PID. I was just gonna use the one with my delay closest to it.
    I already know PID. I have a good share of pokes. Okay next step please. :) I was thinking something along the lines of how to hit the correct id/sid. Like how do I calibrate the amount of delay i get? How do I know what time I entered the game? Stuff like that.

    Could you just tell me what to do step by step? I already know what ID/SID I want. I'm just not sure how to get it.
