    Ok, what we need to do now is change the search conditions; ie the min/max delays, and possibly the date/time. Since the maximum frame is 1, you can probably do a search of like 100+ difference between min and max delays. If you don't find anything, try again (it sucks, I know, but it's the only way to do it)

    Just as a heads up--you're gonna need a LOT of patience to do this kind of RNG, b/c basically we're finding all of the relevant information the hard way (elm calls/radio seed/roamer method are easy ways :/)

    Unless you are going for a shiny mon, you don't need your ID/SID combo. And syncs only apply to wild mons, not gift pokemon :) (ie you don't need one)

    alrighty, then lets begin :) I'm assuming you want to RNG the togepi egg, correct?

    if so, here are the details:

    Method 1
    Frame: 1
    Moving NPCs: yes

    (I'm going to assuming you have RNG reporter)

    On the main screen of RNG reporter, click on the time finder button, and flip to the tab labeled "capture." This is the tab we will be using almost always for pre-elm call abuse.

    Set the delay to whatever you think you can hit (I like to set it to 635 - 695+, just so I have 16 seconds to get into the game), the maximum frame to 1, and the date/year/IVs to whatever you want/are looking for and hit generate. Let that run, and when it's done, tell me what results you got. :)

    I'm writing the guide now, so as I complete sections I'll VM them to you (or I can do simplified parts of it; I don't know how far you are into HG/SS abuse)

    It'll make it easier on my part if you could tell me what you've done HG/SS abuse-wise (like is this your first time/file or a restarted one, etc)

    there isn't a guide on that yet sadly, but I plan on writing one if no one else plans to. If you want I can explain it to you via VM/PM, or irc if you have it, though :)

    Yeah I beat it in about a week but I had tons of time because I got it over Spring Break and I went to Hawaii and I had a 10 hour flight each way.

    Yeah Nasty Plot can be nice but it seems like Togekiss is usually better as a kind of annoyer with Serene Grace Air Slash and Thunder Wave. Flinch Hax FTW!

    Personally I would not RNG it since you can always RNG Breed one later to have egg moves and probAbly end up better anyways.
