Yes, that's perfect. I'm just trying to verify if it's an RNG problem due to Red being beaten or not. Expert Evan is getting weird frame results on his RNG, and in his case, he beat Red already. I'm getting delays that, by Roamer position, increase Pikatimer by 50 increments at a time, going higher and higher, until suddenly the roamer positions call for a reverse that can go down by 50 or a larger amount. My save file has Red beaten, but even after beating the E4 again and having him on the mountain doesn't stop the strange delays.
I'm wondering if in your case, not having roamers and having to rely on a seed, you may have bypassed all this trouble.
