Sure, that shouldn't be a problem. And it's going to be shiny. I do the random nature shinyness method of RNG, so I never know what my next breeding project is going to be. I enjoy the surprise of what nature I get, and I have a battling team, so I rarely breed for myself anymore. HP Ice Shiny Rotom it is. HP Ground would be interesting for Heatran in OU though. I bred an HP Ground Blissey that I didn't make available to Smogon; it works great against Heatran :D.
Unless you prefer a different IV spread, I'm going to aim for 31/30/30/31/31/31. That is subject to change depending on what kind of parents I have.
