ARRHGGGH.. I might kill myself lol. I noticed that I had been getting a delay of 487 quite a lot, and the delay I was trying to hit was 499. I decided to change the year to get a delay of 487, and tried again. The first delay that I hit on the new year was... 499 XD XD XD.
Grrr.. lol that is pretty cool. I think my main problem is the consistency of hitting certain delays.. I may have to set aside a full couple of hours this weekend to calibrating about 30 times or something.. and getting a really clear idea as to what delays I can hit consistently..
I hope so aha, I just got really frustrated a minute ago whilst I was reading the Discuss my Pokemon thread, and the amount of people saying that it took them about 3 minutes total to RNG a shiny pokemon with amazing IVs... grr lol.
Thanks :D.
I screwed up the shiny egg part, so it isn't shiny, but I got the right nature and ability, so I'm going for a hex-flawless Adamant, No Guard, Machop :D.
Got you.. so what sort of correlation does the year have to the delay? For example, I have a flawless IV seed for my Adamant No Guard Machop egg, with a delay of 517. I usually hit 507.. what do I need to do?
Yep, I took to adjusting the calibrated delay on PikaTimer to the one I had just hit, and trying to do the exact same thing I did the last time lol.. still didn't crack it though :/.
