That's the point, they're legal for use in Ubers. Since the Azure Flute event never happened, any Arceus not with restricted EV's wouldn't be considered a legal hack. Further, though less importantly, the only way to get Arceus legitimately is in a Cherish Ball, so they wouldn't be considered legal hacks in that regard either (though this rule is more lax since Arceus has no egg moves).

I can offer a near flawless shiny floatzel ev trained 252 Attack 252 Speed with all the choice band set moves. I can also offer a fully redis hippowdown ev trained 252 HP 168 Def. 88 speed. Can you please do a BP for me? I would like a shiny banette with the IV's 0/31/0/0/0/0. I am using it as a suicide trick lead. I would also like it with the egg move destiny bond.
I hatched it at Mahogony Town, since in it's map discription, it says it's a hiding place for ninja's.
And the IV stats were 31/31/31/16/31/31, so it's all good.

I have AR, and can fast hatch it so I know quickly. I just need to figure out a decent hatch location. I don't want National Park though. Every Scizor I see is either there, or Iron Island.

I do have an EV trained version of the Jolly absol, actually. 252 Atk and Speed, 4 HP, with Sucker Punch/Stone Edge/Psycho Cut/Megahorn.
The best I can get you on the Jolly Starly is a level 50 version of it with Pursuit/Brave Bird/Double-Edge/Close Combat, but it was never finished being EV trained. It only has 60 Atk/60 Speed for it's EVs right now.
I know I have the Brave one trained, and with a finalized moveset, and Adamant one, but it's only EVd. I don't remember it's moveset being complete though. I do not have an EVd version of the Jolly one though.
And I can trade now if you still can. Let me know what you are looking for.
